Earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Computer science. A member of the Advanced Data Management Technologies (ADMT) lab. He worked on two NSF projects, served in many committees, and known reviewer for top tier conferences in the DB and data management filed.  He managed M.Sc. students at the CS department and mentored TAs. He worked with the SAMI (AECL) as a software engineer in the R&D department working on a military and industrial projects. He also coordinated a project for a well established logistics startup (Saee Co.).
